CROSSFIT SUCKS!

But there are certain athlete despite the fact that you know a lot of people think well and I like to play the part of being fat man I can't move blah blah blah. But a lot of people think that strong religious you know this big fat guys I can't move.
And it's just about us is like doing like bicycled stones upon the trucks. All day arm when reality a lot of powerlifters instrumental in incredible shape. Then incredible athletes they just. Specify to their sport so we don't really do. Cardiovascular you know aerobic activities for very long almost all anaerobic. Now for the most part so that we can maintain our muscle not rate down as much. The first event was a long one I did well it it you too my strength is not up to carry the job water like who is fun. Well I don't live some double others which have been good because up until broken since I was a kid. Second was a body weight exercise which was absolutely the worst thing alive was that Burpee's topless clubs and bars shops. 240 pounds and I wanted to throw up all over my beard social Highness hell. Can those like what they call floor water which is one of the things that you can do whatever you want to have to do with end of spring was a **** for spring after it ended pretty well. My folk could afford strong for pretty powerful.

But by no means was this an easy day. I would not consider this walk in the park. In but not come stuff. Room. I'm really flattered that had a lot of actually a lot of people come up to me and you know maybe one a tongue go join up and team in the future or considering more competitions I was extremely flattered. Aerobically like that of a pretty long time especially in the second workout it was neat it was neat to pass back and you don't feel that feeling of pain. I really enjoyed it on. So.
